Two Hundred Good Books by C.F. Braun, List Two

In my previous post, I detailed the books recommended by famous industrialist and inspiration of Charlie Munger and Warren Buffett, C.F. Braun in his publication, Two Hundred Good Books. I did this as a bit of a public service, as the contents of Braun’s book is not available in print or online despite the availability in the public domain of most of the books he recommends.

Braun’s book itself has a second list at the back, List Two, in alphabetical order, of more difficult to acquire publications. I’ve reproduced it here.

I’d like to point out, paraphrasing Braun, that since many of these works are not originally in English, each translation is in essence its own interpretation and thus finding the specific edition recommended is key.

As with the previous list, I’ve placed an asterisk by the titles of books that sound interesting and have included links when available.
